Erdem Güner has been self-employed since 2016 and has founded and run seven companies, including his own SaaS products, which he took from first idea to long-term operation. He has built sales and service processes for businesses ranging from owner-run car dealerships to an international medical technology group, and he knows the shop, ERP and CRM systems behind them. At GO TO KI he is responsible for the AI architecture: which task an agent takes on, where it connects and at which point a human stays in control.
